Retrieve the raw audio files (preferably in .WAV format)

Edit the content (shorten the duration if requested)

Remove or reduce background noise and excessive echo

Edit out gaps, filler words (e.g., "uhms"), mouth noises, and long breaths

Enhance the vocal quality (e.g., smooth out harsh sibilance or brighten muffled voices)

Finalize the audio to make it stream-ready (level the audio so it sounds clear and appropriately loud)

Distribute the episode (upload the master file to Buzzsprout or another host, schedule the release, and submit show notes)
